We are a small house of advisors, architects and hosts who believe the right home is found through people, not portals. We represent fewer homes than anyone else — and know every one of them by heart.
Manifesto
We believe a home is not a product. It is a set of mornings, a way the light falls on a Tuesday, the sound of a door you will open ten thousand times. So we don’t list houses. We introduce them — quietly, to people who will keep them well.

Most of our clients will never be named, and most of our homes will never be published. That is the point.

We say no to far more houses than we take on. Every home on our list is one we would live in ourselves.
